Overview:
We are supporting our client in the search for a skilled Demolition Project Manager to oversee complex demolition projects across the UK. This is a senior-level role for an experienced manager with a proven track record in leading demolition projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing safety, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple demolition projects from planning to completion
- Ensure all projects meet health & safety, environmental, and legal standards
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits, risk assessments, and quality control checks
- Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Travel to project sites across the UK as needed
Required Qualifications:
- CCDO Project Manager Card (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (Demolition) or equivalent
- Proven experience managing large-scale demolition projects
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, environmental regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
